Welcome to Design Vibes Collective, your creative partner in branding and design. Before you engage with our services, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services of Design Vibes Collective, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services: Design Vibes Collective offers a range of creative branding and design services including but not limited to logo design, brand identity development, website design, graphic design, and marketing collateral creation.

3. Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, and materials provided by Design Vibes Collective remain the intellectual property of Design Vibes Collective unless otherwise stated. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose upon full payment of fees.

4. Payment: Clients agree to pay Design Vibes Collective the agreed-upon fees for services rendered. Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services or legal action.

5. Confidentiality: Design Vibes Collective agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.

6. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely feedback, as well as all necessary materials and information required for the completion of the project. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions and additional fees.

7. Revisions: Design Vibes Collective offers a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability: Design Vibes Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Amendments: Design Vibes Collective reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any changes.
